Begin by painting a thin line with a black charcoal pencil along the upper and lower lash line, in order to avoid a possible gap between the liquid eyeliner and lashes. Be sure to round out properly.
Applying a liquid eyeliner from the middle of the eyelash and out towards the outer corner. Stop just before the corner of my eye, look straight ahead and dab a small dot where you want the eyeliner to stop.
Paint a line all the way to the point and finish with a cat-eye shape, making it as thick as you want it. The thicker the line, the bolder look.
Finally, apply plenty of mascara and finish by painting a thin line of liquid eyeliner under the eye for added definition.
